Our site uses a Contact form for patrons to request information and services and a Donation form to process donations.

Contact information from the Donation form is used to send information about donations to the donor. This contact information is used to get in touch with the patron when necessary regarding the donation. Unique identifiers may be collected from the Web site patrons to verify the user’s identity and for accounting purposes in our record system.
